@@bflo5210 I would add a half gallon of chlorine and test the water 2 hours later to see where it stands and add more if needed to learn your pool. I would do the same with the baking soda. 6.5 is way low.shoot for 7.5

If you are getting good results with clear water and the power you want out of your jet or jets then I wouldn't worry much. However if your water isn't clear,it could be because air is getting into your system and causing your filter to be less efficient.

I have a lot of bubbles in mine, but I think the suction is strong. I have a 1.5hp pump and Motor, 110 voltage plug and play system that is paired with a 75 square foot cartridge filter. The pump does 75-80 gallons per minute. Do I still need to control the bubbles in there?

@@TJsoutdoorlifethis is a huge design flaw. Older models had a cover for the port so dirt, dust, sand and water wouldn’t get into the port. Now, if it gets wet, it can’t be charged for hours or even days until it dries out. A step back if you use it a lot around pools or on a beach.

Warning for JBL Charge 4 owners: make sure to check the serial number of your speaker under the charging flap. If it says GG, then your speaker is waterproof and can be submerged. It it says TL, then do not submerge it for long periods of time, and its best to be safe and not put it in water at all. The TL model has a paper speaker cone which means it can absorb water, while the GG version has a waterproof plastic cone.
