Yummy, delicious recipe. The only thing I do differently is cut the cabbage slightly smaller and instead of just covering the pot to sit, I stir every few minutes so that the cabbage on top cooks evenly and the bottom cabbage doesn't overcook.

Naomi Juliet yes only flour, yest and ofcourse water. But if you want to make your own yest ( like we use home made yest for enjera) you can mix 3-4 s.spoons of flour and water keep it in the container (it shouldn't get any air) and keep it (room temp) for 5-6 days. Actually it is depend on the tempratur if it is warmer temp 3 days can be enough.
