thank you so much for making this video. im very tired of searching for recipes of foods from around the world, to only end up with white people teaching how to make ethiopian foods? not who i want to learn from, authentically.

Ken : you sound like an incompetent and brainwashed sheep, just the way how your government want you to think! Read some unbiased books that doesn’t constantly promote and brag about Caucasian history. 90% of your so-called wealth was stolen and if it wasn’t for Africa and it’s endless resources you still be living in your cave. You should read a book called confessions of an economic hitman, written by an American. You will be ashamed of your government and what it represents. I’m from Ethiopia and I live in Ethiopia happily. The reason why people would leave their beloved countries is because your so called world powers are obsessed in destabilizing these resorts rich countries so they can loot for their survival. I’m not a racist but I will not sit in silence when one spreads misinformation. Hope you get to read the book. Selam means “peace”✌🏽

Jackie : I don’t think she’s being a racist. I think she meant authentic from the natives rather than second hand knowledge.
@ebbek60655 жыл бұрын
Jackie : invented by white people, let’s put that in question for now. The device you use to watch KZbin, your iPad or laptop, the Raw material come from the republic of Congo so without that you wouldn’t have KZbin. The virus ebola, which has been proven that it was invented in a laboratory, was spread as a vaccine in these resource rich countries to exterminate the natives and loot their wealth.

@Ken then why are you on an Ethiopian page searching for recipes if Africa is so bad? It makes no sense for either you or Jackie to be here.

Dear Anuma Tokichaw, I like cooking all kinds of foods. In Africa each country has a dish that makes their country distinct from another country. On the other hand, all African countries may cook the same dish but it has a different name and has a different style. As I said before, Liberians cook cabbage and collard greens also; but we eat it with rice. Africans should be united and not look down at the next country or region. God Bless African Brothers and Sisters.

Yummy, delicious recipe. The only thing I do differently is cut the cabbage slightly smaller and instead of just covering the pot to sit, I stir every few minutes so that the cabbage on top cooks evenly and the bottom cabbage doesn't overcook.
