For me it was very important to realize that consistency doesn’t mean you always win. It means that you consistently execute your edge, regardless of result, and you trust in the longterm profitability of your edge. Even though you pay the utmost attention to every single position, you understand that it’s all about the result of the whole series of trades and not about any one trade result. Which puts you in a state of mind beyond winning or losing. You’re just meticulously executing your edge, whether you win or lose a trade does not matter. If your edge works, over time profit will simply be an unavoidable byproduct of your proper trading mentality and process!

you miss one thing dont focus just in commercail we need to see at least 12-6 month commercail long or short with non commercial for exemple if commercail long market but non commercial are increasing their short this not time to buy because can market drop
