Nice man. I'm currently learning and definitely gravitate toward the farmer as its real similar to the way we stepped at the raves in Chicago when I was a kid. I'm confused on timing though. Some teach it so you stomp down on the hihat, and others stomp down on the main kick. I know it's splitting hairs, but when transitioning to other steps, it makes a big difference. Any thoughts?

I'm insprired to skip rope like that . There's a couple at my gym, i'll have to give 'em a go after seeing this. Raised pushups are good off of steps/benches, however I prefer to do Diamonds as they work chest more (and tri's). Chin to floor, kiss that ground! Great form. Thanks dude

I love it ! I live in Paris. Trying to gain muscles after some health issues. I was over 53 what is extremely low for me. I should over 65 or at least over 58 as the bare minimum. Now I am almost 59 going to the gym twice a week and now I decided to ride a bike twice a week outdoors. Just started this week and I really feel how it makes my muscles give everything so I can’t eat to see the results

I’m only starting out at jumping rope but I think this video is going to make the whole experience far easier. I’ve watched like a million videos about how to start jumping rope and frankly none of them come anywhere near the quality of this one - it’s got everything you need to start and making things fun.
