I tried to simplify this 30 day challenge as much as I could. Bike, wheel on trainer and simple nutrition plan. Have you or Would you do a 30 day cycling challenge?

I have lost 26 KGs by just cycling from 2018 till 2020 Feb. However after Corona I have regained 23 KGs again. I will start again to lose all these excess fats. Cycling is fun to be honest, really helps psychologically & physiologically.

I have a sit down exercise bike, you know, the kind with a back rest, for old people. I have made myself the deal that every time I sit down to play Fortnite, I have to ride. I have it on close to full tension, and I cycle the whole time I play. When in fights, I find myself either slowing right down, or speeding right up, and I notice myself slowing and speeding depending on what is happening in the game - which I think is a pretty good thing cos it adds variety, and means my heart rate slows and speeds up throughout, though I do try to keep my speed to moderate. Some days I am on there 1.5hrs, some days I am on there 45min. But I have been on every day for 2wks. So that is good. I am close to 40 now, and finding I am gaining weight just by looking at food nowadays. Must be a hormonal thing. Was bumming me out seeing that I hadn’t really changed anything, but in the space of a few months I gained 5kg. So now time to lose that 5kg, and also, another 5kg, and then I’ll be at goal weight, not planning on changing my food other than maybe slightly smaller portion sizes, but really I don’t over eat and I eat pretty well overall, just probably could lessen the sugar slightly (not a major sweet tooth). I’m 176cm and currently 74.4kg. (woman) so, here I go. Thanks for sharing your experience!

I was on Zwift the whole time. Which controls the resistance - hills etc.
