I made this VEGAN Pad Thai yesterday; it turned out awesome with your secret sauce. Had to omit mushrooms, since I was running out of stock. But nevertheless, it turned out great with tofu and veggies. It made a wholesome meal. 👌

I must admit I like making biryani the usual way with half cooked rice, etc. However, not dismissing this one pot flavourful rice dish. Comes in handy on days when a quick, filling and nutritious meal is required. Got try making a rice dish in the pressure cooker.

Yes it will. You might need to add a bit more volume (per burger patty) and a little more binding agent of any sort (cornflour / potato / any starch) to keep its shape. And of course deep fry shallow fr/ air fry the patty as per ur liking

I didn't know that we could make upma from broken jowar. Will have to try this as a gluten free recipe. Including veggies is also great idea! It is so gratifying to have piping hot veggie loaded upma for breakfast in this cold weather. 👌👌

Very tasty and healthy jowar rava upma with assorted vegetables. Nice and filling breakfast/brunch. I have never tried with jowar rava. These days I am using lots of millets in my recipes. I will try this one too.
