if you're reading this comment, just a reminder that "fit" is a different bar for everyone. I have POTS and struggle being upright so I could not run a half marathon but I can cycle (using a recumbent bike), lift weights and am pretty damn good at those, and this disability once left me bedbound. I definitely consider myself fit now compared to where I was, but its also okay if other people don't consider me that way :) we only have to live with how we feel about ourselves it's good to have fitness goals/aspirations but its okay if those are different! we have different bodies and different priorities

As a brit, iv probs had thousands of altercations, fights, had guns and knifes pulled on me many many many times, been stabbed in school and shot by farmers. If I lived In America after growing up needing to be reactionary I would 100% get shot and topped with in a year. (People who think uk is soft are lucky, I envy you and wish I was able to avoid all the dramas through life).
