Can you explain using Lupron for medicated frozen embryo protocol

**Long post alert** Hoping this will give someone hope I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2017 at the age of 25. Thankfully, I got pregnant with my daughter back in 2010 right after high school when I was still very fertile. Prior to my diagnosis, I went 3 years without a cycle. I was in nursing school and after that working as a new grad nurse so those 3 years went by without me paying much mind to my cycle. I blamed going on Depo for 2 cycles for my lack of menstruation but it could very well be genetic as one of my sisters have PCOS also. Hers is controlled because she follows a strict diet. As for me, I will eat healthy today and go back to eating bad tomorrow. My fiance and I started trying to conceive since August of this year (2024) I started taking prenatal, CoQ10, vitamin D, fish oil, probiotics, and evening Primrose oil. I have been taking prenatal gummies for 2 years trying to get my body prepared for pregnancy. None of these supplements brought on my period. In June of this year (2024), I went to see a gynecologist since I know I will be starting my TTC journey soon. A transvaginal ultrasound indicated several cysts like the one back in 2017 when I was initially diagnosed. My sister recommended that I start taking Conception pills by EU Naturals. They had a great Black Friday sale ($32 for 2 bottles) on Amazon. I bought enough bottles to last me 6 months. They said it takes 3 months to change egg quality and I know how bad my PCOS is so I'm giving myself twice the time. I have been taking 1 pill twice a day since December 1st, hoping to get my period. I bought the PCOS bundle of Wisdom of the Womb back in August and got my period after taking the detox tea for 1 week straight (the detox tea was offered for free at the time I made the purchase for the bundle). I found boiling water for the tea on the stove very tedious and stopped taking the tea after that 1 week. I didn't get a period for September, October, or November. My period has been irregular and do not come unless I take some supplement to bring it on. On December 12 I decided to try the teas again. I got my period on December 13th, the day after drinking 3 cups of the Wisdom of the Womb PCOS bundle teas. I combined a little of all 3 teas (Butches Brew, Fertile Mama, and Fertile Moon Tea) in my new tea infuser. My infuser was purchased for about $30 from Amazon by a brand called Taylor Sweeden. Another great purchase on my TTC journey. I continue to take the aforementioned vitamins and the Conception pills which may have helped but I'm going to swear by the teas for now being that I got my period the very next day after adding it to my routine. For this next child, I have definitely prayed and the Lord will grant me my wish. I'm 32 now and want to have 2 more children. Preferably prior to turning 35. The doctors considersr your eggs geriatric when you get pregnant after that. Gone are the days when 40 was old to get pregnant. I continue to drink my tea with no sugar or honey three times daily. Ladies get an electric tea kettle with a built in infuser to help with staying consistent with drinking your teas 2-3 times daily. Boiling the water for the tea on the stove was tiring because not only was my water evaporating and i had to use a small infuser to let it steep for 15 minutes afterward. The electric tea kettle is a game changer because all I have to do is pour 2 water bottles in the kettle, and I scoop a little bit of the loose teas in the infuser so it can steep while the water boils. It takes about 4 minutes to boil. I pour a cup in the morning and set aside the remaining 2 servings for the afternoon and night. I will be adding spearmint for the hirsutism control and cinnamon to aid with insulin sensitivity. I'm in the healthcare field, but I only like natural remedies to treat any ailment . Metformin can have long-term effects so I prefer ceylon cinnamon as a more natural alternative. Myo-inositol in the Conception pills is very helpful to get you pregnant. Also, stay away from sugar and increase your protein intake. I hope my long message helps someone. I pray all of my PCOS cysters have the baby of their dreams. It was so annoying that I stopped taking that tea after taking it in August and getting a period after 1 week. I didn't see a cycle for the past 3 months, so I know I had to try the teas again. I wish I could afford a good fertility clinic. I go to a discount clinic. It’s cheap but they also don’t guide you at all. And you have to make your own decisions about which protocol and care you want. For patients who don’t have a medical background, it’s very stressful.

Today is my 8 DPO. I did pregnancy test and its negative. Since 1 DPO I have breast pain and its strange for me. 1 and 2 DPO I was very sad and nervous. Like depressed. What exactly is fluid overload? If the ratio of fluid in/out is too high, can’t you just drain some out to restore the balance instead of stopping the whole procedure? Also what are the risks associated with having too much fluid in the uterine cavity? I don’t understand why it’s such a bad thing

Hi all so I had done my saline sonogram today … it’s just like periods cramps that too not that bad … so relax it’s not dat bad .. secondly do take 2 Tylenol before the procedure..
