It's Falling Angel. I have the 2-CD special edition of the Wedding Album with bonus tracks and while the hype sticker on the front incorrectly says 'Fallen Angel," the back of the CD packaging with all the song tracks lists it as Falling Angel, as well as the booklet inside with the lyrics. The lyrics go, "Here am I, your falling angel, dangled in the blue." Simon confirmed it was called Falling Angel (not Fallen Angel) on an Ask Katy on their website back in 2002.

Wow, I've loved DD since the 80's and this is my first time hearing this song. It's beautiful and something about it has a funky 60's psychedelic vibe, mixed with the 80's synth, which takes it to another level altogether 😊! Simon never disappoints. He has such an amazing range. I love how this band has evolved over time!
