Hi my dear when you said in the recipe one cup of milk and one cup of water Or you meant half milk and half water which is it I truly like your recipe

Hi hi, mix 1 cup of each together but gradually add it to the flour just in case you need a little less.

They tend to harden the longer they sit so fresher is usually better.

@@NadiaB_NYC it has a more rich pastry taste to me, (butter sugar, milk) and with curry I like a plainer taste .it's not badly tasting just my personal preference.
