Trinidad Fry Bake recipe || Easy Fry Bake recipe soft and fluffy ||Very similar to Poori recipe

This is one of the easiest Trinidad fry bake recipes you'll come across.Fry bakes are also referred to as 'Floats' and are basically what it's name implies:a fried bake.Its very similar to a Poori and is a popular breakfast and dinner staple in most Trini homes and goes well with anything.
This recipe makes 6 large fry bakes
For the dough:
2 cups AP flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp yeast
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup lukewarm water(may be more or less depending on your climate)
3-4 cups of oil for frying
