I met Christopher Reeve’s son , super polite and down to earth …! His parents would be ( and are ..! ) proud!

Due to the real life tragedies that happened both Christopher Reeve and Michael J. Fox will forever be loved. It is sad. But I still think this is just clever marketing from Gunn. By putting this out he wins over the Reeve fans gaining favor for his own movie coming out in 2025.

Hello there, Superman the movie was the first film I saw in cinema when I was 8 years old it was an experience that I'll never forget. Christopher Reeve is and always be Superman.

Loved watching your reaction to this trailer. I love seeing the profound effect that Reeve had on everyone on screen as superman and off screen as a hero. I already bought my tickets for my wife and I and I was teary eyed all morning after having watched it. I expect you plan on seeing this but will you have a review for the film when it comes out?

You know when I found out about superman 5 with him was going to happen and then it didn’t I was both sad and hurt becuase after superman iv I felt cheated I felt like we got one more round in us and it never happened but I wished he had did superman 5

Thanks for sharing. Showing ourselves swept up in our feelings is good for us all - sympathy for those suffering tragedy or hardship, and our own sense of loss, connect and heal us. Of course there is also respect, admiration, and appreciation for how he lived and for how he affected others. The trailer has me looking forward to the film even more now. The closing music is uplifting and inspiring (and recognizable). I’m sure that’s what the film will be too.

This trailer broke me down so damn hard when I watch it honestly. I cried pretty hard. This trailer proved that Christopher Reeve is an icon, a hero, a symbol of hope without having the S on his chest and the cape on his back. He gave people a second chance, to walk again when they couldn't, and when he couldn't. He gave people hope when they were in need of it. He will always be more than just Superman, he will always be a good man who fought for others, and saved others when they needed saved. That's why I always say and I will stand by that Christopher Reeve IS the definitive Superman... He was Superman while being just Christopher Reeve. May God Bless Christopher Reeve...🙏🏻❤️💙💛!

I'm someone who doesn't feel pain. But after watching this documentary, the emotions started to get to me. As Christopher Reeve said, "Nothing is Impossible". I have his book.

Sorry brother, I’m as big a Superman fan as you are, but I’m betting the farm on the fact that (sadly) this movie is gonna tank.👎 The fact that we know they aren’t using the John Williams score is ridiculous. Has there ever been a James Bond movie without his iconic score? No. So why does DC/Warner Bros refuse to use his?🤦🏻‍♂️

I mean, I guess this is cool. All of the interviews out there I've seen already and I'm sure they are all on youtube now. I guess interviews with his family are probably new. I have a feeling this is because Gunn's Superman is going to be very close to the Reeve Superman and he wants to push that. I am 100% sure that what we see will only paint things in a positive light. Like I doubt we'll see any behind the scene things that show him unhappy with playing the character. I have no real interest in seeing this theatrically, but might turn it on in the back ground while doing something else.

I saw the trailer this morning and teared up. It’s gonna be an emotional and inspirational documentary for sure, probably similar to Still: A Michael J Fox Movie in tone. I’m very excited for this, really looking forward to watching this

From the BTS looks of Gunn's metropolis,he's going for the retro futuristic n civilians clothing ala superman the animated series n DC the new frontier (which the trunks fits brilliantly!).Unless Reeves does some retooling with the batman universe mainly Gotham..looking like art deco style like Bruce timm animated series or noir futuristic like the Arkham city game with zeppelin flying overhead. Then I can see a match-up of Cornswet n Pattinson(in trunks too) when scenes switch from metro to Gotham n back again during the movie..But the way as is of Reeve's batman now..hard no. Bring on the new Gunn's DCU Batman in trunks!

I'm hopeful that the documentary will give us insight into the actor's relationship with his most iconic role. We know such roles always come with personal challenges that aren't always expected. More than that, I look forward to seeing how he affected others. Thanks for the heads-up.

This film wasn’t that bad I enjoyed it for the most part but they were rushing to catch up with marvel and pushing for justice league without really fleshing out the individual character stories , it should have just been man of steel II, this is where things started to come apart for DC

Hey man! I had an odd idea for you. Have you considered trying voice ASMR videos in character as superman? I think that'd be cool. Bonus if you can find someone for each of the justice league or jimmy Olsen or lois lane or even lana lang or other Smallville characters. Also, fun fact: the actor for soldier boy on the boys who also voiced batman, also played dean on supernatural (havent seen the show) and was even on Smallville. Jensen Ackles.

Superman 4 had so much potential, I actually loved it as a kid but when I watch it now I see that canon pulling a scandalous move and going cheap and I can totally see that now, with the budget that it originally had it would have been a great film but instead it’s just really suffers from the massive cheapness, I feel for Reeves because it’s not what he signed on for
