The solution to ice pick headaches for me was funnily enough ice I dunk my head in a bowl of ice water and put an icepack on my neck I was getting them about three times a min for almost two days straight and this immediately helped

In 2019 I had occipital neuralgia, I was in agony for 4 months only coping on max doses of pain relief. It eventually went away maybe I cleaned up my diet a bit to help reduce inflammation. It came back again 3 weeks ago with the same level of pain. This time I knew what to do and went immediately on the carnivore diet which I didn’t know of before in 2019. 2.5 weeks later, all symptoms totally gone disappeared, I’m back to normal and then some, never felt so good. You don’t need to suffer folks!

When i eat chocolate sometimes - I can almost taste that I'm going to get a Migraine with Aura. The past ten years I've had about 4 migraines per year on average and i can definitely say my cognitive function has decreased.

Chocolate is actually a fairly common trigger so you are not alone. If you can treat the neck effectively I bet you can start to enjoy chocolate again!

For me the reasons for migraines are: 1.Eating lots of yoghurt on empty stomach, cheese 2. Stress 3. Hunger 4. Period 5.being under hot sun 6. Cloudy dull days 7. Exersion 8. Watching phone for long time 9. Talking or smiling alot (it causes me headache) Its impossible to avoid all the triggers … specially i hv to take lots of pills pre, menstruation, post menstruation 😢 Plz if anybody have come to any solution reply me 🙏

THIS MAY HELP SOME PEOPLE I'm 54. April 2, 2023 I had my first aura (without headache). Since then I've had 4-5 episodes per month (41 in total); sometimes twice in one day. I had an MRI and a visit to an Ophthalmologist; everything was fine. On April 11, 2024 I had a very unusual episode- a scary one. The entire field of vision was moving left to right and back again- bouncing side to side. It lasted a few hours and then it resolved. It never reoccurred but it scared me. I wanted to see if there was anything I could do to stop the aura so I made some changes: I was taking a blood thinner (Xarelto 10mg) and multivitamins/supplements (one-a-day vitamin, fish oil, saw palmeto, vitamin D tablet- nothing strange)- taken on the same day. I decided to both space them out and separate them. I now take the blood thinner on Monday, Wednesday, Friday afternoon and Sunday morning. I take the vitamins Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I initiated this spacing on April 20. My last aura was on May 23. I haven't had an aura in 78 days and counting! I'm not sure if I was taking too many blood thinners, too many multivitamins, or it was the interaction between the two. I did read later that multivitamins, while being useless can also interact with medication. I no longer take that multivitamin tablet at all now. No one told me that auras could be caused by the interaction of medications/vitamins. I hope this helps some people!

First time.watching your videos. Ive had light sensitivity for 3 years, out of work, migraines are kicking up, all result of car accidents. Ive told my many doctors and specialists that it has to do with my neck, and i get blank stares. Its so sad that most doctors seem to not be equipped to be doctors. Thank you for the information.

I don't think you specifically said this in the video, but my cough headaches have gotten a lot better ever since I started using Flonase every day. My cough headaches were exacerbated by sinus pressure and flonase finally got it under control, as well as my coughing fits caused by post-nasal drip. I do also have a lot of upper neck pain though so that's definitely part of it as well.

Vestibular migraine is a bio neurological DISEASE. It is not caused by any type of cervicogenic factors as the root cause. The pathology of migraine is very complex and cannot be entirely simplified and vestibular migraine happens to be one of the most special evils of all the migraines.

I didn’t hear a mention of them occurring in the back of the head. I’m assuming that that would come from your neck and jaw as well possibly. I have had ice headache since 2019 and when I have the episodes they last about 2 to 3 months at a time. It starts to make one think that there’s something more serious going on when they last that long. Wish I lived closer to get help from you guys!

I was infected with HSV-1 last summer. There have been many minor herpes reactivations in the past 6 months. During these reactivations (in some unlucky people), the virus first reaches the nervous system and then the brain. Then, it spreads to many small areas in the brain and the inflammation process begins. And for about 6 months, I started getting these pains for the first time in my life. Afterwards, inflammation attacks that increase with insomnia bring on these stabbing pains. And now what we need is an MRI with contrast and a neurologist who can interpret the results well. Because at the end of this process, plaques begin to form in our brain and depending on the severity of inflammation in people who will have MS over the years. Please investigate how HSV-1 reaches the brain and initiates a chronic inflammatory process there. I am very sorry that I was infected with this virus
