Vestibular migraines are pure hell. I had a concussion 11 years ago and i have been constantly dizzy off balance 24/7

Vestibular migraine is a bio neurological DISEASE. It is not caused by any type of cervicogenic factors as the root cause. The pathology of migraine is very complex and cannot be entirely simplified and vestibular migraine happens to be one of the most special evils of all the migraines.
