*FAIL* That is NOT a McGill sit-up. Hands should be under the small of your back. :-/ Proper demo of the 'McGill _curl-up'_ here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJDIZXxjl9eZp9U

99% of what they say is fantastic! Both very sharp and knowledgeable. I only take issue with their contention that high LDL is detrimental. In fact, past a certain age, people with high LDL live longer. Research shows that there are apparently 3 types of LDL: 2 (little & small, dense) are dangerous while fat, fluffy are healthy. * Look up the videos of Dr. Thomas J Levy, Dr. David Diamond, and Ivor Cummins (at “Low Carb Denver conferences) who explain the nuances of LDL - good and bad.

Another correction. Cancer relies on the fermentation of sugar but it also uses an amino acid called glutamine (you cant find this on google) so high fat carnivore + fasting and then taking a glutamine inhibitor would likely lead to the reversal of all universal cancers. Cancer is a metabolic issue, not genetically really at all

😂let me make a correction to a statement in this video. Kale is not a good source of iron (non-heme). Maybe about 10% of its iron content is taken in. Most times not even 10%. You will want your iron from animal sources. If you have a healthy metabolism, do not worry about excessive iron.
