Imagine being Cliff, Vietnam vet, your like 50 something and living an extremely successful life for a Viet vet now you watch your family get brutality eaten by zombies and you (at least by my head cannon) kill the zombies with decapitations and string them up in the store your grand baby was killed, and that make your PTSD flare up and you start killing anything that comes in the store, then some random photo journalist comes in with nearly 300 plates shoved up his asd he throws over half of em at your skull and then you die, Cliff was the main protagonist for like 10 minutes

As far as Cletus goes, is him blocking the taser or not dependent on when you interrupt his taunt/reload animation? That's all I could guess from the footage, though I don't have a solid suggestion for when he won't block besides somewhere around the end of the animation, maybe? Might be worth experimenting with, at any rate.

So weird part about Tasers, that I learned when I used to work for a company that supplied a part for Taser, is that tasers actually conduct more so through your body fat than anything else. This implies that Cletus is all muscle. So we may not like it, but that may well be what peak performance looks like.
