I have the reverse problem. I eat a lot and just cannot gain weight. I work out and it's very hard to build muscle, despite eating pretty much only protein.

Here’s the thing you may want to look into; the protein you’re consuming, is it lean protein? Because at that point it won’t look like you’re building muscle, at least on the surface. If you’re trying to gain but can’t, I’d recommend talking to a doctor.

@@anonymouspotato825 I didn't know there was such a thing as lean protein. I'll eat eggs for breakfast, chicken sandwitches for lunch, burgers for supper. Snacks in between, ice cream AND popcorn at night and I somehow lose weight when I sleep. It just doesn't make sense. Lol I've built some muscle, but not as much as I hoped for. I have two 25lb dumbells and I usually do 20 reps, take a break for 2 minutes, and do 20 more.

@@anonymouspotato825 I forgot to mention my weight. I'm 25 years old, 5'7, and I weight anywhere between 127 and 135. I'll be 135 and eat my heart out, and the next day I'll be 128. I just bounce back and forth. Haha I don't want to be super ripped, I just want to fill my shirt sleeves out better.

The lore was so bad “Amie if you ever see the scientist again I understand why reality merging is dangerous” 🤓 how did this make it through writing like we literally did nothing we watched the herald take the tree like put us fighting the herald on the island it’s not that hard the shit with singularity being retconned to be Bree Larson is so fucking stupid like that throws away seasons 8,9 and ch3 s2 storyline because singularity mech pilot and mask on the desk in ch2s8, paradigm v1 had the same clothes as singularity and it was telling us she was an imposter that joined the i.o I didn’t play because they just wanted money and now there’s 8 members of the SEVEN since they added 2 paradigms 💀 really disappointed and dogshit event with no storyline maybe if they taught us in the paradise quests what a reality it was literally a dogshit creative map they would force us to play for challenges and a season trailer like 2 cutscenes it was super hyped up like it would be this insane event that would actually end the chapter and put the storyline into “overdrive” the chrome isn’t funny or a cool gimmick it’s just lazy writing, the leaked one with the ufo coming in would have been actually cool, but they couldn’t bother actually working on it or giving us updates, hopefully they focused on next season to make it very good as opposed to the trash event

Yea honestly this event was disappointing and I seriously don’t get how it got past writing either. You have a chapter that’s only 4 seasons, make it primarily about story stuff, but then barely incorporate any story related things into the finale event. How does that make sense? Nothing with jones either, dude was just MIA.

@@anonymouspotato825 for real like paradise and chrome just killed the game so hard like no updates and so boring after the chapter 3 season 2 event got everyone’s hopes up but that was Fortnite’s fault for pushing the marketing on it so hard got at least 7 KZbin ads and many vids about it also my friend lagged out mid game, I would have been okay with the season getting delayed if the event wasn’t this bad
