One thing to remember is that depending on the number of the cheques the roi increases. A lot of tenants will offer a one cheque payment for a discount on the rent. That can have a significant influence on the ROI. greater risk- greater reward. A lot of people paying monthly as well which makes investing a lot more lucrative and leasing a furnished house also makes a big difference on the rental value.

Never buy off plan , your investment is stuck till the completition. A secondary property always start generating returns form the inception.

Hey there just an fyi I live on the opposite side of Florida on the Gulf of Mexico . Check out the real estate in St. Petersburg Florida . Kathy woods office is right across the street from me . The real estate is Bank but you’re still NOT YET at Miami prices . They say we are going to be the new Miami . My property has grown 3x since I bought 12 yrs ago 👍

Not sure how long property prices can keep going upwards. Last year (2023) had a lot of building on DXBInteract with very red ROI numbers. Many properties in the Business Bay / Burj Khalifa areas sold for less than their 2014 purchase price.

Dscr loan basically makes the borrower responsible for managing the property for the lender. The borrower hopes the property value appreciates and increase in rent to make profit. A bit difficult
