One thing to remember is that depending on the number of the cheques the roi increases. A lot of tenants will offer a one cheque payment for a discount on the rent. That can have a significant influence on the ROI. greater risk- greater reward. A lot of people paying monthly as well which makes investing a lot more lucrative and leasing a furnished house also makes a big difference on the rental value.

Hey there just an fyi I live on the opposite side of Florida on the Gulf of Mexico . Check out the real estate in St. Petersburg Florida . Kathy woods office is right across the street from me . The real estate is Bank but you’re still NOT YET at Miami prices . They say we are going to be the new Miami . My property has grown 3x since I bought 12 yrs ago 👍
