That is exactly what I did when I bought my property. You need to run the numbers and be very conservative. There are also other fees you need to consider like NOC and agency fees, all of these will have to be calculated. No one of the agents will tell you about these and that might give you false information about the investment.

As per your analysis, it is useless to invest money and time is dubai. When in the end you are not getting anything except capital gains of the property( that too if price doesn't topple because of huge supply). Why people are buying dubai like anything
