you all have the best green tea that I've found! I've been buying it for several years now. the only troubling thing in the video was the use of what looked like plastic tarps in the fields and plastic tea sacks used to move the bulk tea around. I wonder if there's a non plastic solution for those uses?

This was wonderful! I have been enjoying your tea for many years, and it's touching to see the beautiful plants, the landscape it comes from, and the person who devotes such care and wisdom to growing it!

Thank you so much for all your diligent efforts to produce an excellent organic tea. I like and appreciate your product as is. I was once sicker and knew cleaning up my diet would aid my wellness, so I search for organic products. As a new gardener in Florida (USA), I can relate to how challenging it is is to grow organic food in a humid, hot climate. I have many failures. Your tea plants are beautiful. On the off chance I might have opportunity to visit Japan, what time of year is windy in which people can enjoy the waves and the aroma? Please remember that your efforts are making my life better. Thank you again.

I absolutely love the care that is put into growing and making your tea. I've never seen such thoughtful and careful farming practices. Thank you! Thank you also for providing film footage of your tea making process.

Thank you! Steeped my kabusecha following your guidelines and it was on point. Others use a way higher ratio of leaves to water which can can lead to bitterness.

Thanks for sending your customers this video. Now I understand organic teas cannot have the ideal color green. If the organic tea has that deep color green, then it may not be organic as advertised by the manufacturer. For me, if the tea is truly organic & tastes good, having the ideal color green is not important.

The info about how hard it is to get the bright, almost glowing greens that are popular without chemical inputs is really important. Certainly helps me adjust my expectations and understand the limitations that are inherent in an organic product.
@OchaCo
@OchaCo 2 жыл бұрын
Yes, For example, we occasionally get a customer who is expecting intense Umami in their green tea. They are not aware that to get that you need to apply a lot of chemical fertilizer.

This link goes to your landing page, not a product page for this particular farmer’s produce. I’ve just looked at all the organic looseleaf and matcha listings and have found no information connecting a tea to a particular farmer. Are you saying all of your organic tea comes from this tea garden?
@OchaCo
@OchaCo 2 жыл бұрын
@@ladyflimflam Yes all of our teas apart from one Kyoto Uji Matcha come from this particular farmer and farming co-operative. We have a great relationship with them and the local processors that process their tea.
