@@OchaCo wow. 3900 milligrams is a large amount/ or thats the term use in Japan? From what I have known, black tea has around 40-50mg of caffeine. I love you guys green tea but I want to try the Japanese black tea since it’s rare. I heard good reviews about the black tea.

@@tyrese5089 That is an analysis of the total caffeine per 100g of the leaf. That will not be the amount of caffeine in a cup of tea though which will be in the range you mentioned. The caffeine in your cuppa will depend on the amount of leaf that you brew, the steep time, and the temperature of the brew. The longer you brew for the higher the content of caffeine.
