You can’t compare Delap and rasmus or even Evan Ferguson. Delap spent time in lower leagues developing his game and realising what he’s good at. Rasmus and Evan have no idea what they are good at except for ball striking so they bag some good looking goals. Delap is the exact profile of striker that we need. It’s like saying don’t get dibling go and get a rwb/10 that is older but isn’t as good just because they’re more experienced. Amorim is a psychological master, he has very high emotional intelligence. He's made these players look in to the abyss to find their true character, stripped them to the bone. Yesterday for me was a genuine corner turned, no fancy words, no platitudes, just graft, honesty and heart. Every player to a man was excellent yesterday and our manager was like granite.
