this bad storm is the result of negligence. no proper strategy. if ineos were brutal they wouldve smoked ten hag day 1. that window would've been perfect to spend 200m. as ralf said find out how you want to play and buy the right profiles. This season was always going to be struggle. we are shoehorning profiles that dont work into the team. if ineos spend intelligently on the right profiles, we wont even need to spend too much. on bruno he plays much better in the 8 imo but still isnt our future. on amad, its so easy to see he's the only outlet we have so teams are just doubling up on him.

The same starting 11 against wolves but with a few changes: *Remove Lenny Yoro *Drop Mazraoui to RCB *Bring in Antony at the RWB position to support Amad. *Bring in Casemiro to replace Ugarte * Garnacho is not a starter. The manager clearly doesn't rate him. So with Bruno out, I think zirkzee takes that left 10 position. I reckon Amorim might try Antony at the left 10, judging by the lack of options, but I think zirkzee will start there.

I love this perspective. Because of you, I can start considering Amad at wingback. The question I have though, we both know Antony isn't good at the 10. And he's the only replacement for Amad at that right hand side. In fact, Antony would do well at the wingback position. So why don't we try him there behind Amad. I think it's worth a try. Amad at wingback will nullify the 10 because he has no replacement there. So let's try everything before we consider moving him back to wingback. Bruno and Ugarte are out. So If Amad drops to wingback, we're looking at a Garnacho/Antony partnership at the 10. I'd be shocked to see this partnership. I don't think Amorim is this adventurous.
