Thanks, Onshape gives an error "Hatching is not supported". I'm testing a single rectangle as a .dxf and I'm getting this error. Do you know why?

For anyone with this issue, make sure you're exporting your DXF with outlines, and not any fill. The fill will give this error

Hi sara unfortunately this was a while back, ultimately it was a group project with a year 6 class who were looking at designing a sustainable city. As a class they had to identify features of a sustainable city and work collaboratively to design plan and make a scale model. In this project students took on the role of engineers, architects, town planners and project managers and worked in groups and between groups to manage the whole design process. At the end of the project they "pitched" their idea to a group of experts.

My brother used to do that when the dolphins came down the coast in Australia and swim with them he also used to walk out on the fishing pole that was used to run your line out past the rocks it was 100 feet above the water and he would check the dollly wheel on the end

Crazy how onshape cant import SVG and they want THOUSANDS for this program. atleast fusion360 can. theres a lot of things onshape is lacking that dont make sense for the price they want.

This didn't work. When I click that airfoil link in github, it pulls up a profile generator and wing structure slide deck, and a series of scripts. It doesn't pull up the sketch profile like he shows. If I make a copy of Airfoil, it shows up in Other Documents under custom features but there's nothing in it (it's faint/not solid, then when I open it there are no features inside). Stuck/ pulling hair out, I just want an airfoil profile sketch and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to generate one and this video skips over the entire process of generating one in my document.

If you click on the "+" symbol to the left of the tabs at the bottom, select "Create Part Studio", that will open a new tab to draw in. Then click on the "Custom Features in this workspace icon at the top right "a small box inside ( ). Then select which option you want. It took me 15 minutes of messing around to figure this out...
