Im wondering what the dimensions are between the inside of the front foam bar to the inside of the back foam bar. Im thinking around 14 inches like the diameter of a snare. This might work as a small amp stand. Also what is the distance between the two tiers? Thank you.

Excellent interview. Knowing Todd, that sure is true on his contribution, devotion and knowledge as a artist. Known him for many years and in fact I live down the block of Dennis DeYoung in Frankfort, as he started out with Styx. I never, ever met a better drummer in my lifetime of being 73 Years old. Beside that, Nick is also a fabulous drummer/educator/sales within Sweetwater. Thanks for this video.

This was fantastic. I remember watching Carter on KZbin long before he was endorsed and playing in his upstairs room. I was always blown away by his smooth playing. Just a fantastic player all around. When he mentions that he was practicing in the upstairs room and his wife was listening for an hour and a half. That gave me chills. What an incredible way to support your significant other’s career and passion. Another great interview Nick.

I appreciate your content, really do, but I feel that it could loosen up some. You don't really ask many follow up questions, seems like you have the pre-scribed questions and then just move on. If possible, without copying or really being anything like him, take on a bit more Bob Lefsetz without going all the way to the 'why did you get a divorce' place he often takes it. Customize. Add more in depth research into the guests. Always appreciate what you give to the drum community tho. Definitely not a criticism, just some feedback. Thanks Nick!

Nick, nice one here. Todd is a good speaker. Very relatable. He's somehow figured out how to manage being one of modern drumming's giants and yet still be a normal dude. I've had the pleasure of talking with him a handful of times, and he was easy to chat with. I met him in the early 2000's BEFORE he blew up, and then spoke with him again about 15 years later and he was the same dude. Thanks, Nick, for this series of interviews.
