I found some great artists over the pandemic.......Carter was one of them. He's now one of my favorite drummers, and all-around creative artist. His touch, pocket, feel, and tuning, always put a smile on my face!, just a joy to listen to ☺🙏..........and don't sleep on his records!......that's some cold shit! 😎

This was fantastic. I remember watching Carter on KZbin long before he was endorsed and playing in his upstairs room. I was always blown away by his smooth playing. Just a fantastic player all around. When he mentions that he was practicing in the upstairs room and his wife was listening for an hour and a half. That gave me chills. What an incredible way to support your significant other’s career and passion. Another great interview Nick.

10:48 I got to hang out with Freddie Gruber for a night at Ian Wallace’s house in Nashville (I traded lawn care for lessons) had some food. Freddy explained why everything tries to be round.
