As a Korean, it is not spicy at all. But if you can't eat any spicy food, it would be nice to add red pepper powder while tasting it. Thank you very much.

Hi~ I’m sorry for the late response. Of course, you can. As long as the weather isn’t very hot, you can store it in the refrigerator for about a week without any issues. If you take small portions at a time, it can last up to two weeks.

My daughter lives here & my son came from Fort Worth to support me & my family. I lost my dad last year & now my mom this year. Be blessed grateful thankful. Tyvm

I'm currently using Korean-made tuna fish sauce, but I searched for products that can be purchased on Amazon and only one of the products I use came up. There are two types of tuna fish sauce: high water content and low water content. Here is the link to the fish sauce I found. The 'Sajo' tuna fish sauce is the high water type.
