Ingredients: 180g Beef Belly(Usamgyeop), 50g Big Green Onion, 50g Carrot, 100g Enoki Mushroom
Condiments: 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Water, 1/2 Tbsp Yuja Cheong or 1/2 tsp Oligosaccharide & Lemon Juice, You can add salt and pepper when grilling the beef belly.
