Ye, all good. Didn't feel like I had anything worth sharing. Did a molten strike of zenith jugg, but lost interest in the league quickly. Kinda in the PoE2 waiting room.

Back then you could just bind something to left click to cast it on cooldown while moving. That changed two leagues ago and doesn't work anymore

bait: it's so cool to watch. very unfun to play, the return proj, mobs are moving all over the place UNLESS you don't move, your damage are bad during a long time, so mobs dont die. I hated it.

Haven't looked into seismic stiff for this patch yet. However, I would recommend to look at the seismic build that Ventura did last league and see if that still works. Or just the default seismic pathfinder stuff. Assuming that you are set on playing a poison seismic character in the first place.

My dear Seismic Trap lover from Germania: I just did a meme build in PoB around our beloved ST for pathfinder, based on almost all "classic" uniques and... it still looks insane! I will give a try in 3.25 as I do not expect any changes to Ranger OR skills / uniques we use.

if anyone is interested in playing this build a few things: you can run headhunter with replica dragonfangs flight amulet and lethal pride, run EK of massacre for clear and swap to lingering for open maps with no walls and single target. its fun its fast, havent tried it with double daggers yet, still using council+leper

Side note regarding headhunter (and similar effects): buffs that convert parts of your Phys damage to elemental make that damage unusable for poison, as elemental damage cannot poison by default, regardless of poison chance.

I feel like today almost nothing valuable dropped, like it all got nerfed, i play ritual and in every single one all garbage items, the most worthy item was 10 chaos stack. Also, general drops were almost nothing. Most profitable thing was upgraded altars which dropped chaos orbs or searing currency

Affliction and Necropolis are the worst thing to ever happen to PoE. The overall direction and game design is absolute trash. The game designers are mediocre at best. People want everything easily, and now. And when the game starts to cater to this : the downward spiral begins. These past 2 leagues of PoE have completely revamped the tried and true loot-based game recipe. The motor of any successful loot-based game or mmo has always been chase and scarcity (carrot and the stick). With the game's current state people will lose interest hard over time. At first (Affliction), people will initially love it ; because of being able to interact and try things they have never been able to in the past. They can finally attain what they've always seen the streamers and hardcore players do. On the other hand ; this leads to less goals long term ; as Andy has finally been able to taste and try what's he's been dreaming of, bucket list crossed (and the same principle also applies to more hardcore/serious players). Fast forward a few months, what's even the point of chasing a Headhunter anymore, a Mageblood, a build or specific content ; when you've already done it. It's now stale, less attractive and interesting for Andy. Loot-based games lacking extremely chase items and content don't succeed long-term. When a game of this genre doesn't make you feel anything anymore when you drop a divine, or an item like Headhunter ; the game design failed itself. Time will tell, but mark my words. And as a 2013 extremely dedicated player, for the first time ever : I QUIT.

Still Steel skin tho, as molten shell needs you to have armour. Steel skin also acts as bleed immunity. Depends on how much armour you have built up I guess.

Yea same here, made over 800 divs, droped 1 mb 1 hh and got bored to death. Instantly switched to SSF, its so much more fun!

Go play ssf instead of complaining. Me and few of my buddy’s have played ssf for the past few leagues and love every single thing ggg have implemented. Nothing feels underwhelming, you get to power creep slowly and the game just seems a million times better.

I quit because I royaly F*ed up my transition to my second build on day three. Spend all my currency and switched to early so build wasn't functioning and i would have to resell all the new gear I bought. Normally i would have just made a new char and continue on but this league I just didn't care enough. Best of luck for those who enjoy this league but for me the league just isn't it this time around.

That behaviour comes from the Nimis unique ring. Quite an expensive endgame upgrade.

The 30% quality comes from the gravecrafting. The line that makes quality give you area of effect is a craft/enchantment from harvest. You can just apply it with your harvest crafting bench for 5000 red juice

I hate utilizing brittle. Is there any chance we can drop them? Or is it super endgame?

Brittle gives so much additional base crit, I don't see a way to replace it. That being said, you can opt to just not care and deal less damage. Or you get it, but you only benefit from it on accident, without actually trying to walk over stuff. On a lot of invitations I did not benefit from it that much anyway, as I did stay on range, it's just fine. Especially now, since you can just print Battered Foil Weapons with the league mechanic, it's even less of an issue.

Hi! I love your notes in the POD. Im literally first time POE first league. I know this isnt the build for a newbie but I want the challenge! Is there a way in your notes that you can put what piece of gear you would go with? Like maybe the same way you did your IMGUR show or maybe put Chest, 4 link put this or weapon 3 link BBB from these gems? I know i can see the end game version in the othe picture of what you got on but not through the Acts. Hey but thanks your notes are awesome in the POB!!

During the acts, it doesn't really matter where your gems and links go. You just fit as much as you can, wherever you can. For items, you are looking for anything that has resistances, life and the links/colors your need. Jade Amulet and Heavy Belt are very useful. For weapons, since you are newer to the game, i'd recommend you take the easier route. Equip 2x "Goat's Horn" Wands (they have fire damage to spells implicit). Make sure they are white and have no modifiers at all, so you can craft on them later. They are rather common and already drop in A1. Just keep those for the entire campaign. During A3, you will encounter "Lady Dialla" in "Solaris Temple Level 2". She is the NPC that gives you a choice of amulets as a quest reward. There is a door to the left or right of her, that leads to a separate room. This room contains the crafting recipe for "fire damage to spells". Craft this on both your wands. You will use those weapons all the way until you swap to CoC DD. Since you using wands, you can't use leap slam with momentum. Drop those and replace frost blink with flame dash. I think its really good time to back to seismic now, gear are cheap Not so much thing of the build nefted since last 3 league Scale lvl gem is easier with dragon flight fang so now we can focus on defend and able to farm t17 🎉
