I always listen on spotify but I needed to jump over her to comment when you talked about coming back to resolutions and review them later. Mine are 1) Consistently strength train 2x a week minimum 80% of the year 2)Run my marathon that has been on my bucket list for a long time.

Can you cover how you go about raising your prices on current clients? I know it is an uncomfortable conversation and wondering how you approach it. Thanks in advance

AI… 100% is bases general answers on consensus, BUT… if you ask a question and have AI answer as if it were answering as an “expert or from a research/science backed perspective” it seems to be more correct. It must change the way it pulls the data.

A good pod, as always. Thank you, guys! I just wanted to ask about weighted vests: how come you haven't mentioned it's use in calisthenics? Would you recommend a vest for male clients to help them improve reps in pull-ups, dips etc.?

How do you say you voted for Trump without saying you voted for Trump? 😉
@ErunameTinuviel2 ай бұрын
On Instagram I saw a post about Trump having officially won, or another that Elon and Vivek will be leading the Department of Government Efficiency and it showed that Jordan liked it, which made me go hmmm. After this, yeah, sure does sound like it. A vote for Trump is a vote for hope? Lmao.

I sincerely love when you guys talk about everything besides fitness. No, I’m not being sarcastic! I loved this episode, though I am disappointed that you guys talked about politics the entire time and Jordan didn’t do his Trump impression. Love the perspectives given here. Thanks guys 👏🏼

I eat avocado toast with 3 hard boiled eggs in the morning. I eat chicken or some kind of beef for lunch with broccoli I do the same for dinner but I'll add a fruit smoothie into the mix I work out at least 3 times a week I drink 1 or 2 beers at least 4 times a week. So I won't make gains because of the beer? If that's the case then I don't want to make gains. If I can't enjoy my life and still make gains then I don't think it's worth it
