It was the 10000 km service. The service period is 6 months or 5000km, whichever is earlier.

nice video Akshay! Tiny Tiny advice, the hazard light is to be used when the motorcycle is stationary or when the visibility is poor due to heavy rain or fog. Else people won't know the direction in which you are turning on the road. Bike looks great! Cheers bhai!

Yes absolutely! Before the 2nd service I’ve getting mileage somewhat between 15km-18km per litre and after the 2nd service it has improved to approximately 22km-23km per litre.

Also one note, buy WD40 and Motul chain lube you will save significantly on chain maintenance and the chain life will also be extended.

Yes bro you definitely need to get it checked. It’s probably because your front brake pads are done and needs to be changed.

Yes , the RE showroom guys are soo retard they treat us like they are doing some kind of favour by selling us the bike. Its just I wanted the bike immediately and they were providing it in same,otherwise i would have got the bike from my nearby showroom which just 5km away not another showroom from where i got the bike which was 50km away

Omg! You are right,When I was getting my Gt650 delivered I sawed that the bike was already ridden 8km also the bike was dirty and there was stain marks on the engine,I didn’t asked them as I wanted the bike in one day and they arranged it they did said that there is one mr clean GT650 somewhere if you want it we can arrange it from there now when I think about it, lagta h unlogo ne chala k laya hoga kisey nearly showroom se.

Both of these colours are brilliant in alloys , unfortunately Gt650 alloys colors are just ugly so I got myself Mr clean GT650, btw its been 1 one year I am only getting 12-18kmpl in cities

You can always switch the wheel, since the size is the same. Also, I was also getting similar mileage before the second service. After the 5000km it improved to 20+kmpl.

Hi I own an interceptor. In the service manual its written that valve clearance check should be done at 10,000 kms, but the service center didnt do this for my bike during 3rd service at 10,000km and saw its same wiimth your case. Could you share your thoughts on this.

Same thing happened in my gt650 at 8k kms only. The wire usually breaks where it is bent due to shocker movement (where the hook is placed near chassis number ) so I applied electrical tape on the new one so that it doesn’t break from there because of bending

Hey Akshay, Even i have a Interceptor 650 Black Ray clocked 20000 kms with the ceat Zoom Cruz F Front and Timsun in Rear so wanted to replace both need your inputs So basically how much does the reise Trail-R last as i do most on the tarmac and occasional off roading Please reply here on the grip you get on wet rainy conditons and whats the optimal tire pressure to maintain on a standard basis

I found this Reise tyre to be a great choice. Well, I don’t think it’ll go as long as the stock tyres but yes, the next time I’m gonna change it’s going to be Reise only. It’s great on all surfaces, even on wet roads I found it to be gripping just fine.

Hii bhaiya, first service is done at 500 kilometres and then the second service will be done at every 10,000 kilometres nh!. You've mention 10k km 3rd service, I think interceptor/gt service interval is at every 10k km.

I’d genuinely recommend considering the Interceptor 650. It has a reliable engine that’s smooth and powerful, perfect for those 300-500 km weekend rides and longer journeys up north and offers a good balance of power, comfort, and style, all within your budget range. Also the availability of service centers across India, especially useful if you’re planning to explore remote areas.
