This looks delicious. I wanted to make oxtail but it was waaaay too pricey. I picked up some neckbones with hopes that it was a worthy substitute. Your recipe is just like I make my oxtail, minus the tomatoes. My neckbones are marinating rn. I pray they come out super good. 🤞🏾

Hi I have a combo of Billy book cases but the one with poles are called IKEA Pax and ikea sells the poles also!

I have to admit I thought your original meatballs were a little to big as well, but the end product looks absolutely amazing. Were they about 4-5 oz each? Our dinner plan just changed! Great job!!

I love woodworking. I redid my whole walk in closet in a similar way. If you add added a lazy Susan to the corner where the water bottles are that would be good too. You did a fantastic job it looks amazing!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
