RUTH’S CHRIS INSPIRED STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST

INGREDIENTS
• 1 2-3lb Chicken
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 tablespoons of melted lemon butter
• 2 table spoons of canola oil
• 1tablespoon of fresh Thyme chopped
Chicken Stuffing:
• 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
• 1 oz dry hidden valley ranch dressing mix
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 teaspoon fresh or dried parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions ( follow video)
1. Season butterflied chicken breast inside out with salt, pepper, paprika and set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 450
3. Add cream cheese, dry hidden valley ranch dressing mix, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, shredded cheese and dried thyme removed from sprigs to a bowl and mix you can add a half of teaspoon of salt and pepper to this mix for additional flavor (optional)
4. Add cheese mixture inside of the chicken breasts slits
5. Add chopped parsley/ thyme on top of the chicken and add chicken breast to oiled cooking pan placing breast side up
6. Cook chicken in oven un covered on 450 for 30 minutes until internal temperature is at least 165 degrees
