I honestly don’t understand how people can be crying this much over Highlander they made him significantly better with the rework anyone who is still crying about the opener and how they struggle to get into offense stance ITS A SKILL ISSUE he’s not an ease of use player yes he has hyper armor chain heavy’s and such put they are very punishable if ur playing him with brain rot the people who genuinely play him the way he’s meant to be played are very happy with the rework again yes a opener would make him a bit better be he doesn’t NEED it anywhere near as bad as the people crying about think he does again it’s a skill issue there’s so many way to work around the “NoOOoO OpPeNeR” “ hEe nEeEeDDds a OpENeR” issue that these guys won’t stop bitching about

I mean yeah he would be better with an opener however in general it’s a skill issue man sorry the whole point of him is to essentially be an enthusiast with him you can’t just pick him and hope for the best if you want to win with him you have to know how to do it and once you do he’s pretty unstoppable

I'm almost rep 700 and I can proudly say my BP is like rep 1 to this day. God I hate that mf like you wouldn't believe.

If they took out the ability to flip attacks that aren't targeting BP (which just makes no sense to begin with), I think that might help balance BP in 4s without affecting his duel viability. But of course, players would riot - even though BP would still be far from actually balanced in 4s.

you can also counter hyper armor with the flip. bulwark counter after a light or heavy. just like orochi deflecting after attacking

the only dogshit thing about prior is that YOU HAVE TO PLAY PRIOR TO COUNTER ANOTHER PRIOR (or at least effectively) bro has the most insane kit, paired with two attacks, bulwark heavy and flip. oh and give him an fast fucking zone bash, and if he misses he still follows with a light. and never forget his CRAZY ASS FULL BLOCK RECOVERY i’m not hating i do play prior myself (rep 20 something) unless he’s on your team good fucking luck (or maybe i just suck??)

You can guardbreak VGs unblockable though if you dodge it? Thats just blatantly wrong. VG is a strong hero but she isnt that OP that you have to single her unblockable out even though its the same as practically every other character that has one except she has a fully block recovery.

I think BP doesnt need anything changed other than that tier 3
