My TuonoV4 15/42 gearing and stock exhaust without mapping just I delete the cat, I had 278
@CunningStuntsGoFast3 ай бұрын
is that 15/42 you have the oem gearing or ? i tried one full trotle on this bike earlier tat day and it didnt go beyond 269 . maybe the highway i did this might be a tad on a slope , or my bike just isnt the fastest . when i did this it only had like 1600 km on it . dont realy matter bc topspeed isnt important to me , the akra and tune up map made the bike a lot more smooth and powerfull troughout the rev range , wich is what i like . yours also drinking like its his last day on earth ? i mean my last bike was a panigale v4s and i tracked it often , that would go 15-1 on the streets but 7-1 on track , this tuono is setting a whole new record with 11-1 on the streets and i havent even been on track yet . but its worth it , the longer i have it the more i like it , what a time to be alive !

@@CunningStuntsGoFast Tuono v4 2021 factory with stock gearing , arrow pista slip on + gabro up map 283 km/h , as i remember completly stock bike also had top speed 278-281 km/h, now it has torque map and 16 teeth sprocket in front , top speed 295 , blast to drive , no more tap dance via gear box, still pulls like train.

Trolling the damn ringtaxi xDD you can really tell your 1000+ laps. Reminded me of my 2015ish foray on my ER-6f. Managed to enjoy the course I first encountered in Forza 2005ish, and prevented crashing. 3:00 despite trying to remember all of the 80ish turns, that chicane came as a true surprise to me xD. I was glad I was driving on sight! No more terroristenfahrten for me, it's balls of steel territory.

Right, so with Factory gearing (15/42), the V4 tops out at 271kph. Will check out how fast the standard V4 will go. I presume 175hp and the 15/40 gearing will make it go 290ish? Still thinking about whether I should swap to 14/40 or Factory gearing. Will talk to the TÜV next week, as the EG document of standard and Factory are actually the same. Maybe I don't even need an official approval if I swap to 15/42. Either way, idc much about top speed. 250, 270, 290, everything perfectly fine. But with 15/40, riding in villages or other restricted areas is a pain in the neck!
@MrRiftman3 ай бұрын
As the owner of a base Tuono V4, definitely go shorter in the gearing. My biggest gripe with the 15/40 was the fact that coming out of a tight low speed corner, it had zero engine speed and you could feel it stumble. These motors HATE being below 3000rpm. Riding in the city was even worse. For a large majority of what I did on the day to day, I never found myself getting out of 2nd. I went to 15/43, which was recommended to me by AF1 Racing. Bike is still fast AF, accelerates like a bat out of hell now, and it resolved all my low speed gripes. If I was running longer tracks (no track near me has super long straights so I doubt I will top out), I could see going back to 15/40, but honestly 15/43 is perfect
@simonb69823 ай бұрын
@@MrRiftman Been thinking about the way to go. 14/40 would be the cheapest (does it makes sense mechanically?), 15/42 would possibly legal without additional legal documentation, 15/43 would be almost the exact same as 14/40.
@simonb698222 күн бұрын
I finally found out that my courage will stop me from exceeding 284kph at the display with the 15/40 gearing. The MIA told me I was going at 12440RPM, so I guess I was damn near the rev limiter. It was still accelerating slowly, tho. The power and stability at speed is impressive! On Friday, I will finally have a 42 teeth sprocket mounted.

How would you compare your old (I assume you sold it) 1199 to your V4S? I heard the 1199s were quite difficult to ride…
@CunningStuntsGoFast11 ай бұрын
i would say the v4 is a lot more agile and it is a more softer bike in general . the 1199 felt more hardcore and the v4 felt more of an allround bike . it took me more then a year to get the same pace on the v4 tho .

Great riding! Did you sell the Panigale V4? You seem to be having a lot of fun with the Husky, how does it compare to the Ducati 😀?
@CunningStuntsGoFast Жыл бұрын
no i still got the ducati . the huski is much much slower but due to the upright position and the low weight you get so much feel whats hapening . as you can see i can confidently trow it a little too fast into some corners , and then just correct , or brake , or take alternative lines and it will all be fine . hate to say it but this bike is a third of the ducatis cost but easlely the same amount of fun
