Classic rich white people, trying to have their cake and eat it too. Do you want these utilities at your homes? Do you want them above ground or below? Obviously you want them below, out of site. In order for that to happen trenches need to be dug, and re-dug for maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. In neighborhoods where every utility is in the ground, this can be some what of a nightmare, especially when the utilities are a rats nest and/or have to be within a tight corridor. As someone who has spent more time than I care to in a trench, it is genuinely impossible to not nick or hit things every so often regardless how good things have been “marked” out before hand. Making news out of none news. These people are obviously wealthy, if they care this much about losing a utility once in a while, move away go off the grid and be in control of your own destiny.

This video is 14 minutes long and it's a terrible interview the interviewer never asked the gentleman if that was the only home on that gravel road what was the procedures for getting access to that road I heard him say he had a code but where did he get the code from and who hired him to bring the porta potty this is just a terrible interview
