Prison is not supposed to be about punishment so if negligence is all that is suspected and he's not a danger to the public I have no issue with him being out on bond. If he's a normal person knowing what happened to that child under his care will be his prison long after his assumed conviction. We don't revoke bonds as a means of revenge for a few extra days in jail that's not what that's for though I understand the desire for immediate swift revenge that's not the play. I assume the child fell from a balcony or down some stairs from the way it was handled.
