Gunnaz you heard what you said? USA should use a local coach, someone who has the passion what it takes. So why Jamaica keep recruiting foreign coaches and players since 2002 and the football kept going backwards? All the teachers and principal operating the schools in Jamaica all went to the same schools and were students themselves as the homegrown footballers.

All the all the airline agencies, embassies and other foreign businesses in Jamaica all employ homegrown employees and netball, track and field and other sporting events all use homegrown talents and they all went to the same institution with the homegrown footballers from basic school to high school.
