Not sure if this is a newer setup or older setup. But the box I got has tweezers in it to slightly pull the tab while applying the applicator to the base of the tag. I am so happy this is available over the counter! I always get an ingrown toenail from pedicures and this is the 2nd one that ended up causing me so much pain my entire life and although I have 10 toes for some reason the only one that gets stubbed is the painful one 😩 it’s so tender to! These are not custom orthotics. Yes they can be helpful but a custom orthotics has to be done by podiatrist and it takes a couple of days to get them done.

For anybody who has ever had planters warts on their feet. I had one which became 7. I have to see my friend podiatrist, who said it only to be cut out. I looked at my PDR of essential oils. I’m not sure. I use the right oil but it worked. I put clothes oil on each planters wart waited 15 20 minutes. each one of them seem to rise. Then I filed each one down until it was flat with my skin. I repeated this every day for about two weeks. I’ve been using essential oils for about 25 years and I know that they do work for a lot of things. After trying to say, so, that must be a lot of hooey. I stop doing it a week later they were gone. It was working from inside killing the root. This is a very easy and expensive way to get rid of planters warts, and believe me it works.
