First go to web browser and type show my public ip and then login your modern and status you can see wan status both ip should be same, else you don't have public ip from isp.

You can remove the cmos battery after removing battery and cover . Then jest press the power button 30 seconds, reinsert cmos battery and refix all. Then check it.

First we need to verify you are having public ip for that below method you can verify. Open any web browser type show my public ip, here you can see the public ip. Then login the router you can see wanna status you can see the ip both should be same. Else you don't have public ip. If the above satisfied. Then remove all portfowding then configure the dmz with your server ip. If it is working may the portfowding has to check what all are port is missing. Don't put any public ip information in comments.

For piVpn server you have to do the port forwarding from main router to pivpn server. Based on the port you are using. Client not need any port forwarding only need the server location public ip.

Sorry about not mentioning that , its 1gbps port👍 i tried the the speed test by connecting a cat6 ethernet cable directly from the port to my ipad with the help of a usb hub .the results were almost same except a noticeable decrease in ms . However, it couldn't help to solve my gaming issue 🥲
