Hi bro, I have one doubt, I've work experience from 2019 to till now. I have all the proper experience relieving letter for these 5 years, but in 2017 after finishing the college I did two jobs for survival, I didn't even have the knowledge or aware of leaving proper. Now the all the companies are using EPFO bgv in that service history those two jobs are visible. I've requested those companies they're not even responding because I didn't work more minimum 6 months. Any solution/idea/advise

after i cleared interview rounds i got mail regarding please send the id proof of aadhar card and next day i receive call from hr and said next 10 days you have joining date are you ok with that i said ok by today or tomorrow you will recieve offer letter.after 30 minutes i again recieved call from hr said as of know your profile is on hold the hr is not telling any reason what should i do know

Hello Sir, I need your suggestion on my case, I signed a bond with the company XYZ . They deputed me to the country A. In bond the clause was mentioned if I terminate the contract I have to pay 5 Lac rupees within 3 years. After one year due the bad environment I changed my job in country A. In full and final settlement company A asked me to pay 5 lac rupees. also they send legal notice from lawyer. In this situation please guide me how I can deal with the situation. Will I have to pay the amount ?? will it impact the court case to my background verification in future ??
