These are greatly presented. But it is different in my case. I was once in a company for 6years and there was plenty of onsite opportunities but they didn't consider me thinking that i belonged to a group of colleagues in which most of the people were planning to resign. The persons who went onsite was those whom the company felt will never leave their organisation in future. When i resigned, the chairman called me for an exit interview and he said that they had plans to send me onsite 😅😅😅 hearing this should i laugh or cry??!! I never regretted my decision till date.....to everyone who is confused in the matter to stay or leave, i tell you believe in yourself because no one else in the world will ever care to. And beware of backstabbing, especially by Indians

Yes please try in ur company if they have any slots for UK. As u will be on dependent visa, your visa process will be easier. Meanwhile u can start looking of opportunity in UK as well, with dependent visa chances are more
