This is 100% not accurate. Next door where I am is ok, but you must be in a much larger market. Using your methods I would be lucky to get 5 new customers. Thanks for your video though. Hope it helps other people. I’m in Pensacola FL and Foley AL

My cleaning company website goes live as of January 15th and we decided to choose the 1099 model too. Plenty of reasons but the main one is the capital. You are completely right when you say this is where the industry is going. We plan to be that household name that our industry lacks. Great video!

Window cleaning in the uk is so different, we have to charge so much less and do them more often! Every 2 weeks to once per month. The average size house in liverpool would cost around £8-15 this includes all the frames all the windows cront and back. Time wise takes around 10-25 minutes per house depending on the size. Some houses you have to charge as little as £3.50 for just the front but they take 5 minutes so not a bad return but not as good as people think when you factor in the costs of purification of the water, equipment, time, labour, petrol etc... to make good money you have to be in affluent areas then you can make really good money even in the uk!

Anytime someone is selling you "course on how to make money, big numbers $$$$" stay away from these people selling you courses, taking your money and you won't learn anything in return honestly or not even close to what they promised you

RV parks definitely seem like a promising opportunity-this video has me intrigued. That said, as a father of six, $50 a day for the waterslide feels excessive, especially when an RV pad is $75 a night during peak season. Just a suggestion: a bit more balance between profit and accessibility could go a long way. After all, the memories families make are what keep them coming back-not just the amenities. Investing in those experiences and showing a little grace could pay off in ways money can’t.

Wait a second… did you just say you guys have 1500+ locations? As in, you’ve set up cleaning (or other service) companies in 1500 different markets? And each one is bringing profit into your overall portfolio? Did I hear that correctly?

Hello whats the best way to price for recurring cleaning, for example if a one time clean is estimated at $280 , if the client opts in for weekly, bi weekly or monthly what would be the best way to price it

You can add a no clause in the contract when they sign. Here is AI definition - A "no clause" in a contract, usually referred to as a "non-compete clause" or "covenant not to compete," is a legal provision that prevents one party (typically an employee) from working for a competitor or starting a similar business within a specific period of time after leaving their current employer, essentially restricting them from directly competing with their former company” - this saves you from the same situation you just spoke of.

Awesome video! 🙌 Pricing your cleaning jobs the right way is so important to ensure you're getting paid what you deserve. I love how you broke down the differences between hourly and flat rates and gave clear steps on providing accurate quotes. Using tools like Cleanly can make managing pricing and quotes even easier. This info is super helpful!
