Yes covering the gutters is pure but work ways streets is not always in the streets even in ikoyi hardly you can work ways in street unless major ways.

I served in 9th mile corner, Enugu precisely and spend weekends in New Haven. I enjoyed my time in Enugu. I'm not from the east.

Pls is there water in GRA Enugu, I mean, after building my house and I decide to drill a water borehole. Can one get a viable water for their house?

@@joshuaifeanyi2957 Thank you for your comment. There’s steady government water supply in GRA from the state water board. You can only drill a well add pumping machine to it. you can not do borehole in Enugu because of coal deposit in the land.

@ In Enugu capital you can not drill a borehole because the land has coal deposit. You can only do a well and put a sumo inside the well to pump the water up to an overhead tank.
