Not too bad, the planning is superb but the problem is the roads, no walkways and the open gutters are very bad in this 21st century. If they can fix it and build side walkways, make some of the roads better and take care of tge green grasses, it will be a cozy area. The people living there can do better by taking care of the green grasses and cultivate more flowers. Good job from you.

You just said what’s on my mind but the problem is all that not in naija dictionary. Nigeria n Nigerians don’t value, appreciate and not interested in all that which is quite sad. All Nigerian cities have same problem. Which such mediocre project would be banned nationwide. Dunno why they indulge in open drainage knowing fully well that it’s a breeding ground for mosquitoes that kill the people, also it’s an eye saw. Another thing is they build road n the edge of the road is soil, which is another eye-saw and bad for road. They should have culture of all road with beautiful side walk as seen in other countries like South Africa. There should be national standard traffic lights as seen in all southern African countries. They have an identity plus there’s traffic light everywhere unlike in naija where they have them in few selected place plus we don’t have identity, they always have funny looking things n different kind in different state which ain’t nice. It should be same nationwide with standard like In all southern African countries n even here in Turkey. We should improve on landscaping, city plan, get rid of fences, green n interlocked areas, trees, parks etc n then get rid of them keke n tiny funny looking buses n government should introduce standard city public transport as they have in advance country. Naija should have plan on modernizing n upgrade the country. They shouldn’t settle for less and be an underdeveloped country for ever

@@onyinyeeohagwu942 I don’t do rentals but I can help you ask around. Terrace duplex is from 3m per annum while fully detached duplex is from 4m and above depending on the standard of the house and where is located.

@@suntanglory Thank you for your comment, first where is sold for 200m currently and above is inside Zoo Estate also known as Ekulu East Estate and it’s from 1000sqm. Duplex for rent is from 8 to 10m per annum in the estate depends on the standard of the house. The 4m duplex is just inside GRA not inside an Estate and it will not be a new house. New houses the price is higher.
