I absolutely love your channel and have learned so much! I am trying to find how you make just plain jasmine rice, will you let me know which video it is? I like making it and put it in individual size freezer bags and freeze. Then when I wanna make like fried rice or have a bowl of rice for breakfast, I just grab one and that part is already done!

I love Albondigas. I cook tomatoes, onions, garlic and peeled diced Anaheim chiles, so very similar to yours., but I brown my meatballs first in a large skillet, then add to soup and simmer 35 minutes before adding veggies.

Yes first bowl was the beginning of the taste, second bowl is to confirm that the first bowl was 👌and if have a tie between 1st and 2nd bowls..then there is the tie breaker, try it with your favorite brew....then you have a winner.

I love the alternative method to cook chiles rellenos. It does spare much of the fat from frying and I only use cheese, onion & cilantro to stuff chiles. Making the egg white/yolk batter & placing in bottom of dish is so time efficient, then topping with remaining batter makes this dish look stunning. I approve 100%!
