I was very little when my cousin came to my home and had gta 4 on his ps3, but all i ever did in this game was find and eat hotdogs or burgers, Steal a bus and drive around it to a mission i believe, ride the subway train, and flying helicopters in multiplayer.

You have access to the ropeway! The funicular is run by a theme park, so it's a separate entity that requires its own card. Hope this helps! Have an awesome trip!

Actually city buses with two rear axles are pretty common irl. And if I remember correctly they can or could be found in Tbilisi as well

So, here's the thing. You said most city buses are not 3 axle, and it tickled my brain. I distinctly remember our city buses having 2 axles. The previous trolley buses were also 3 axle, made by DesignLine, which replaced the old 2 axle Volvos. Our Scania diesels are/were also 3 axle. Now, I don't know what's wrong with me that I was compelled to waste an hour doing this, but here we are.
