So I want to use the Drivehub on my PS5 to add Funateck Clubsport V2 pedals & TH8S shifter to my Thrustmaster T300 wheel. (I already know all this is supposed to work with the Drivehub + usb hub) My question is... Since my T300 is already compatible with my PS5 do I still need a PS4 wired controller?

Unfortunately I have not tried the handbrake yet because I have a handbrake that works with my PC. But it mentioned on its website that the thrustmaster handbrake is compatible in the accessory hub

I’m having this same issue now but even if I unplug it doesn’t fix it. It was working a few weeks ago but now nothing. The wheel works on my pc but when I try to run it on my Xbox it only has the center force stiffness.

I don't own thrustmaster anymore as I have upgraded to fanatec clubsport wheel v2.5 and it doesn't have that issue. They have even released 2.0.9 but as of now I'm not sure if the issue still persists for thrustmaster owners sadly

Make sure the drivehub is on 2.0.7 firmware (not beta versions). The only problem you will face is when you press ps button while on game you tend to lose the counter steer and road effects so you need to unplug and replug everytime when you do that but other than that it works perfectly

Yes it will. All you need to do is get a USB hub and plug it into the accessory port. Also you need to check on the drivehub manual for the supported accessories. I am sure the handbrake is compatible

I personally haven't tried any need for speed games but I can confirm it works on gran turismo 7, wreckfest or any other racing games which has wheel support

@@markweatherall7437 it does not work that way let's say if there's a racing game that says it's compatible with g29 wheel and you either have a g25 or g27. The purpose of drivehub is to trick the console into thinking that the device you plug in is g29 and it emulates your g25 or g27 wheel as g29 wheel

I have upgraded my setup ever since now that I have a fanatec clubsport v2.5 wheelbase with fanatec loadcell pedals. This also works flawlessly using this method if you switch your wheelbase to PC version

@@eMOTION11 it's a big improvement. Make sure to use the fanalogic mode because when I started using it. It felt like sluggish not realising the wheel was set to logtiech mode. You can check it in drivehub manual on how to make fanatec work in fanalogic mode

Hello, Everybody says that if you use the ps4 controller instead of the hori, then it disconnects after 10 minutes. But I use the Ps5 controller and it doesn't even work for 1 second. Hi, Yes it is true before this video I did tried the ps4 controller but it works for 10 minutes and the wheel starts playing up eventually. I tried a 3rd party controller such as HORI dpad and Nacon compact wired controller for ps4, And those don't disconnect at all. And the ps5 controller doesn't work anyways

Yes, my problem is i have gone through 2 thrustmaster sim hubs and both had connection issues. The only way i can use both shifter and handbrake on console is through the drivehub but cant get force feedback to work. Thanks for your help anyways, ill email support and see if they can help

For anyone wondering u can use a DualShock 4 wireless controller and use one of the two cables in the box to plug the controller in and it works that way don’t buy the hori controller

Nice to see that it's working fine for you, but sadly not for me.... I'm running T500RS on PS5 version GT7 with Drivehub, but cannot get any FFB any more after only one Lord-knows-how success and one accidental press on PS buton... Unplug&plug and restarting PS5, nothing helped. I genuinely believe now I wish Sony would go bankrupt. Edit: forgot to mention, T500RS works fine when I ran GTS on PS5, so absolutely NO compatibility issues hardware-wise; it's not natively supported on GT7 seemingly just because Thrustmaster's not willing to pay license fee or some other nonsense to Sony for this old product. Brilliant, since it has the Gran Turismo badge printed right on the steering wheel. Remind me of Tesla locking its four-wheeled smartphones' features on software level like paid DLC. Screw these bullsh*t.

It seems that if I turn off PS5 and leave it for a while, then restart it, FFB will work for a while. Then it's dead again. I stuck to your advice so hard that I didn't even touch the PS button in recent tests, let alone pressing it, but I still lost FFB. I gave up and tried to contact Collectiveminds for help. Anyway, still lots of thanks for posting this vid since it at least provides some of the PS5 users with a quick fix!

MAN YOU'RE THE NUMBER 1!!!! I was having the same issue: no force feedback in game. Just tried to unplug and then plug the cable, all is working great. I just tried also to press the ps button, and back in the game no force feedback again. I agree with you they should fix it but at the same time we know (thanks to you) that it's enough to unplug and then replug the cable.

Yes the drivehub will detect it. My friend has a t500rs and he tried it with my ps5 using gt7 and it worked flawlessly no input lag at all and the force feedback was on point. Hope that helps

@@gr3shan I bought the hori controller he used in the vid (the red one in my case). This setup still works, also with PSVR2. I couldn’t get it to work with a ps4 pad from what I remember and haven’t changed the setup since I found this vid.

@@gr3shan no problem ^^ from my experience it works with full force feedback support. GT7 registers it as a G29 wheel. In the settings you can test the wheel and pedals, but not the force feedback. To change the strength of that you have to be in a race or the menu just before the race. Then go to settings > controller settings. At the bottom of that menu you find the force feedback settings. Hope this helps 😊

It will calibrate but won't register to ps5. This is where you need the drivehub where it tricks the ps5 into thinking that its g29 wheel connected but your using g920

Hi, They are both made by same company. Drivehub is mainly more for wheels whereas cronouszen is limited for wheels such as connecting custom pedals from different product or different set in drivehub. But then if anyone of them is cheaper you can grab it since logitech works on both

Hi, No not at all. I have even tried the PlayStation variation of steering wheel and they behave exactly how drivehub does. So its emulating the wheel precisely
