I discovered Cinema when I was in High School thanks to a Couple of Goths friends of my two older Siblings in Palermo where I was Born. Wow so many years have passed and Cinema and Lukas Lanthier are STILL IT. This Piece has Aged like Fine Wine. Beautiful, Simply quite essential Cinema Strange! Thanks for the Nostalgia from an Elder Goth in Berlin 🖤

There's Post-Punk then there's actual Goth. It's not called that for no reason. Cavernous, dirge-like bass, chiming ethereal guitars fed through a flanger to induce an otherworldly sound of pure dissociation. It's technically Deathrock though.

I remember when I was in High School I used to play this song whenever I’d go for walks. I used to play it loudly in my speaker and people would just stare at me weirdly haha. I know many ppl have a love and hate relationship with this band since they’re inspired by Christian Death and Rozz, and sound almost similar but still I enjoy their sound and I think it’s cool they were inspired by Rozz.
